Jenkins Certification’s quality system started as an online template the team bought and adapted to fit the business, with records kept in shared folders. With hundreds of aircraft a year and two people in the front office, keeping it all current and correct was, in the owner’s words, a nightmare. Getting ready for an audit took about three months.
After: ready any day
The same quality system, on the same forms, now runs on JinxQMS. Every job moves through its steps, and every record is filed the day the work happens. There is no audit prep anymore, because the records are already where the auditor will look.

Caught before it shipped
InstaCheck, JinxQMS’s pre-submission review, reads each step’s paperwork against the rest of the job before it’s filed. At Jenkins Certification it has caught:

Where JinxQMS started
JinxQMS was built inside Jenkins Certification. During a critical design review, a customer looking over the owner’s shoulder asked what the owner was using. It was an early version with far fewer features than it has today, and the customer still wanted it.
