Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2026
Our Commitment
JinxQMS, Inc. is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and accessibility is treated as a design requirement from the start of every feature rather than a remediation applied afterward.
Conformance Status
JinxQMS is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet every success criterion, most notably where a Customer's own document templates are involved (see Known Limitations below). We treat conformance as an ongoing program, not a one-time certification, and we re-verify it as the platform changes.
Accessibility Measures
Measures we have taken to support accessibility include:
- Semantic HTML landmarks (headers, navigation, main content regions) throughout the application, with a single, logically ordered heading hierarchy on every page
- Full keyboard operability — every feature can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator that is never removed without an equally visible replacement
- Color combinations verified against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios, and information is never conveyed by color alone
- Every form input has a visible, programmatically associated label, and validation errors are surfaced with specific text tied to the field via
aria-describedbyrather than a generic error banner - Screen-reader-compatible list and table semantics, so tabular data and grouped content read in a sensible order to assistive technology
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference — users who disable motion do not see decorative transitions or animation
- Touch targets sized to at least 44×44 pixels throughout the interface, for users on mobile devices and users with limited fine motor control
- Automated
axe-coreWCAG scans run in our build pipeline on every change, catching a large class of regressions before they reach production
Compatibility
JinxQMS is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with the following assistive technologies:
- VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
- NVDA and JAWS (Windows)
- TalkBack (Android)
- Browser zoom up to 200% and OS-level high-contrast display modes
Known Limitations
System-generated PDF documents (quotes, purchase orders, inspection reports, and similar quality records) are produced from .docx templates that each customer organization uploads and controls. Because the underlying template content and structure come from the customer, JinxQMS cannot guarantee that every generated PDF is fully tagged for screen-reader use. If you need an accessible alternative format for a specific document, please contact us using the link below and we will work with you to provide one.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of JinxQMS. If you encounter a barrier or need assistance using any part of the platform, please reach out through the contact form on our home page describing the issue and the page or feature involved. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within three (3) business days.
Enforcement
JinxQMS, Inc. takes accessibility compliance seriously and conducts ongoing review of the platform against WCAG 2.1 AA, addressing identified issues as part of our regular development cycle. This statement does not limit any legal rights you may have under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, or other applicable accessibility law. If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Information Line at 1-800-514-0301.
